Armis + Critical Information Security Control Framework
Armis Centrix™. Designed to help you implement CIS Critical Security Controls.
What are CIS Controls?
Initially developed in 2009 by the SANS Institute and known as the SANS Critical Controls, the CIS Controls are now managed by the Center for Internet Security (CIS). The controls are periodically updated by a worldwide community of experts who apply their experience as CISOs and security professionals. The current version of the CIS Controls is 8.
CIS Critical Security Control Implementation Groups
Implementation Groups (IGs) are the recommended guidance to prioritize implementation of the CIS Critical Security Controls. In an effort to assist enterprises of every size, IGs are divided into three groups. They are based on the risk profile and resources an enterprise has available to them to implement the CIS Controls.
